Unless explicitly stated, donations are not assigned to specific animals, rescue cases, or individual organizations.

4. Use of Funds

5. Adoption & Foster Programs

The Good Strays Project helps facilitate adoption and foster opportunities in collaboration with rescue partners and independent rescuers.

All applications are reviewed individually. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, placement, or adoption.

Final decisions regarding adoption and foster placements may involve both The Good Strays Project and the rescue partner or rescuer responsible for the animal.

6. Volunteer Participation

Volunteer participation is optional and based on individual availability, experience, and project needs.

Participants understand that activities involving animals, transportation, rescue environments, and related work may involve inherent risks.

The Good Strays Project is not responsible for personal injury, loss, damages, travel disruptions, or incidents related to volunteer participation.

7. Flight Volunteer (“Fly with a Dog”)

Participation in flight volunteer programs is voluntary and coordinated on a case-by-case basis in collaboration with rescue partners and adopters.

Participants are responsible for complying with airline policies, travel documentation requirements, customs regulations, and applicable laws.

The Good Strays Project may assist with coordination and communication but is not responsible for airline decisions, travel delays, third-party services, or external travel conditions.

8. Website Use

All content on this website is provided for informational and community-support purposes.

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform functionality, or use content outside of its intended purpose.

9. Intellectual Property
