Rescue Creative & Technology Support

Helping rescue groups become more visible, organized, and easier to support through creative and digital tools.

Many rescue groups are doing life-saving work with very limited resources. But without photos, websites, forms, profiles, or basic digital systems, their work can remain invisible to the people who want to help.

Rescue groups often spend all their time and resources on urgent daily care: feeding animals, cleaning spaces, paying medical bills, transporting dogs, and responding to emergencies.

Because of this, many do not have the time, budget, or technical support to build the tools that help the public understand their work and take action.

This can make it harder to:

  • Show adoptable dogs clearly

  • Receive adoption, foster, or volunteer applications

  • Share urgent needs with the community

  • Build trust with donors and sponsors

  • Keep information organized and accessible

  • Give each dog the visibility they deserve

When rescue work is not visible, support becomes harder to find.

The Challenge

Volunteers reviewing a rescue dog profile online, representing adoption coordination, digital tools, and teamwork through The Good Strays Project.

This project helps build the creative and digital tools that rescue groups often need but cannot afford or create on their own.

This may include:

  • Simple websites or landing pages

  • Dog profile pages

  • Adoption, foster, volunteer, or donation forms

  • Basic logos or visual identity support

  • Photography, video, or storytelling support

  • Social media content templates

  • Digital organization tools

  • Training so rescue teams can update and use their tools

The goal is not to make rescue work look polished for the sake of appearance. The goal is to make it easier for people to see the animals, understand the needs, and take action.

The Solution

Why It Matters

A clear profile, a simple form, or a well-organized page can make a real difference.

With better creative and technology support, rescue groups can:

  • Help more dogs be seen by potential adopters

  • Make it easier for people to donate, foster, volunteer, or adopt

  • Reduce confusion by keeping information in one place

  • Communicate urgent needs more clearly

  • Build more trust with the public

  • Save time by using simple digital systems

  • Create stronger connections between animals and people

Sometimes, visibility is the bridge between a rescued dog and the right home.

Current Status

This project is currently being built as part of The Good Strays Project support network.

At this stage, we are creating digital tools, dog profiles, adoption pathways, and website resources to help rescue groups and independent rescuers gain more visibility.

To continue expanding this work, we need sponsors, donors, and skilled volunteers who can help fund or create the tools that rescue groups need.
